  • If you receive damaged, incorrect, or defective Products, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photographic evidence.
  • We will review the claim, and if valid, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit. Refunds are at our discretion and may depend on the condition of the returned item.
  • Any returns must be sent following our instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
