Brewing Instructions for Blue Pea Tea (with Pods):

• Boil Water: Heat water to about 90-95°C (194-203°F). Avoid boiling water to preserve the tea’s natural flavor.
• Measure Tea & Pods: Add 4-5 pea pods per cup (250 ml) of water.
• Steep: Pour the hot water over the flowers and pods, letting it steep for 5-7 minutes. The longer it steeps, the more intense the color and flavor.
• Strain & Serve: Strain the tea into a cup. It will have a striking blue color, which can change to purple with a few drops of lemon juice.
• Optional Add-Ins: Add honey, lemon, or mint for enhanced flavor. Serve hot or over ice for a refreshing cold brew!
