Brewing Instructions for Chamomile Tea:

• Boil Water: Heat water to around 90°C (194°F). Avoid boiling water to maintain chamomile's gentle flavor.
• Measure Tea & Pods: Add 1 teaspoon of dried chamomile flowers per cup (250 ml) of water.
• Steep: Pour the hot water over the flowers and pods, then steep for 5-7 minutes. The longer the steep, the more intense the flavor.
• Strain & Serve: Strain the tea into a cup. The brew will have a light golden hue and a calming floral aroma.
• Optional Add-Ins: Sweeten with honey or add a slice of apple for extra flavor. Enjoy it hot or let it cool for a relaxing iced tea!
