Brewing Instructions for Hibiscus Tea:

• Boil Water: Bring water to a boil (100°C or 212°F) to extract the vibrant flavors and color from the hibiscus petals.
• Measure Tea & Pods: Add 1-2 teaspoons of dried hibiscus petals  per cup (250 ml) of water.
• Steep: Pour the boiling water over the hibiscus petals and pods. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on your taste preference. A longer steep will yield a stronger, tart flavor.
• Strain & Serve: Strain the tea into a cup. The brew should have a deep red color and a tangy, fruity aroma.
• Optional Add-Ins: Sweeten with honey or sugar, and consider adding a slice of lime or lemon for extra zing. Enjoy hot or let it cool for a refreshing iced tea!
